Every session is covered by a mutual NDA. What you share stays between you and your mentor. Sessions are recorded and transcribed via Google Meet only if you tick an optional consent box at booking, solely to build your personal summary and give your mentor continuity for future sessions. Leave it unticked and nothing is recorded. Your session is unaffected.

We chose the name because it felt genuinely resonant rather than forced. Maternity leave return is disorienting not because women lose capability but because they lose perspective. Aeris gives it back.

We find your perfect mentor match based on your pre session questionnaire. If you have a particular mentor in mind, you can let us know there too.
What happens in a session?
45 minutes on Google Meet with a mentor who has navigated exactly what you are navigating right now. No agenda, no framework, no follow up programme. Just an honest peer to peer conversation with someone who gets it.
Is this coaching?
No. Aeris sessions are peer mentoring conversations, not coaching. Your mentor is not a trained coach she is a woman who has been through this, a few chapters ahead. That is the point.
Is it confidential?

Privacy Policy
Who we are
Aeris Collective Ltd (company number 17260765) is a registered company in England and Wales. We operate a digital mentoring platform at aeriscollective.co.uk. For any data protection queries contact us at support@aeriscollective.co.uk. ICO Registration: ZC170681.
What data we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, job title and professional background to match you with the right mentor and manage your bookings. By submitting our waitlist or registration forms you explicitly consent to us storing your details and contacting you about Aeris. We never sell your data.
Session recording and transcription
Sessions are recorded and transcribed via Google Meet only if you give explicit consent through an unticked checkbox at the point of booking, solely to create your personal session summary and give your mentor continuity for future sessions. If you do not tick the box, there is no recording, no transcript and no summary, and your session is completely unaffected. You can withdraw consent at any time before your session by emailing support@aeriscollective.co.uk. Where consent is given, the transcript is stored securely by Aeris Collective Ltd against your unique AER ID in a password protected Google Drive accessible only to Aeris administrators. It is never shared with any third party. If you book a follow up session, your previous session summary is made available to your mentor as part of their preparation so they can provide continuity of support.
The AER ID system
Every Aeris user is assigned a unique pseudonymous identifier (for example AER-2026-00142) at the point of first booking. This ID is used in all session records, transcripts and summaries in place of your real name. The mapping between your AER ID and your real identity is held only by Aeris, in a separately secured system. Your mentor sees your AER ID and first name only.
How long we keep your data
Session transcripts, summaries and pre session questionnaire responses are retained for 2 years from the date of your last session, after which they are permanently deleted. Waitlist and registration data is retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@aeriscollective.co.uk.
Post session summary
Following your session, you will receive a personalised summary by email once. This summary is generated using AI from the session transcript and is reviewed and approved by your mentor before it is sent. The summary includes key themes discussed, takeaways and suggested next steps, together with a link to book a follow up session if you would find it useful. The summary is delivered once and is not stored in a user portal.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw consent for recording at any time prior to your session by contacting support@aeriscollective.co.uk. Email support@aeriscollective.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply to all users of aeriscollective.co.uk and all Aeris Collective services.
1. Who we are
Aeris Collective Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17260765. ICO Registration ZC170681. Registered address available on request. You can contact us at support@aeriscollective.co.uk.
2. Our service
Aeris Collective is a peer mentoring platform that connects women with experienced mentors for private, one to one conversations. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and are conducted online via Google Meet. Aeris Collective facilitates the connection between users and mentors but is not itself a party to the mentoring conversation. Sessions are peer mentoring conversations and do not constitute professional coaching, therapy, counselling, legal, financial or medical advice.
3. Booking and payment
Sessions are priced at £155 per session. Payment is taken in full at the point of booking via Stripe. By completing payment you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions including our cancellation and refund policy. A PDF invoice will be issued automatically for every transaction.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Completed sessions are not refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full credit to rebook. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not refundable. In the event of a technical fault on Aeris's side we will offer a full rebook at no charge. If your booked mentor becomes unavailable we will offer a rebook or a full refund. Please contact support@aeriscollective.co.uk within 24 hours of any issue.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are conducted under a mutual confidentiality agreement. Users agree not to disclose the content of their session to third parties. Mentors agree to the same. Aeris Collective will not share session content with any third party except where required by law. Sessions are recorded and transcribed via Google Meet only if you give explicit consent through an unticked checkbox at booking, solely to create your personal session summary and give your mentor continuity for future sessions. If you do not tick it, there is no recording, no transcript and no summary, and your session is unaffected. Consent can be withdrawn at any time before your session by emailing support@aeriscollective.co.uk. A short AI generated summary of each session is shared with the user only, following review and approval by the mentor.
6. User responsibilities
Users agree to attend sessions punctually and to engage in good faith. Users agree not to record sessions without the explicit consent of the mentor and Aeris Collective. Users agree not to contact mentors directly outside of sessions without prior arrangement. Users agree to treat mentors with respect and professionalism. Aeris Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Aeris Collective facilitates peer mentoring conversations only. We do not accept liability for any decisions made by users based on the content of a session. Mentors share their personal experience and perspective. This does not constitute professional advice of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeris Collective's liability to any user is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.
8. Intellectual property
All content on aeriscollective.co.uk including text, design, logos and branding is the property of Aeris Collective Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission. The Aeris Collective name and logo are subject to trademark application UK00004400074.
9. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation. By using our service you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Aeris Collective services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
Aeris Collective reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellation and refunds
Completed sessions
All sales are final once a session has taken place. We do not offer refunds for completed peer mentoring sessions. By proceeding with payment you agree to this policy.
Cancellations before a session
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time using your booking confirmation link. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be offered a full credit to rebook with any available Aeris mentor. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not refundable.
Technical issues
If a session cannot proceed due to a technical fault on our side, we will offer a full rebook at no additional charge. Please contact us at support@aeriscollective.co.uk within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.
Mentor unavailability
In the unlikely event that your booked mentor becomes unavailable, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling with the same mentor or booking with another available Aeris mentor. If neither option works for you, a full refund will be issued.
